A new film is going to hit the floors after Sankranthi in the combination of Dr Rajasekhar and director Suryakiran. This movie will be produced by actress turned producer Kalyani under Midas Touch Banner.
Kalyani informed the media that this will be a socio-fantasy thriller with high technical values and Rajasekhar is doing a role that he never did it before in his career.
Film presenter S Srinivas Raju informed that the regular shooting would begin during 3rd week of January and the film will be released during summer. He also said that all prominent artists in Tollywood today are going to play the prominent roles in this flick.
“After watching ‘Satyam’ I had a desire to work with Surya Kiran but after such a long wait we got a good script. I am happy to see Kalyani as a producer who was introduced to Telugu audience as heroine through ‘Seshu’”, said Rajasekhar.
Director Surya Kiran opined that the audiences are going to see Rajasekhar in a new role. ‘Chapter 6’ is releasing for Sankranthi and this film will begin in the following week. Details of cast and crew will be announced shortly.

The third film of Jagapathi Babu and Priyamani ,‘Sadhyam’ is getting ready for release in February. The entire shooting has been completed except a song which would be canned some time in this month only. Directed by Karthikeya Gopalakrishna under Kumar Brothers production, ‘Sadhyam has story & screenplay by Shyam Manohar, dialogues by Shyam & Maduri Madhu, editing by Gautham Raju and music by Chinni Charan. Other prominent actors in the film are Thanikella Bharani, Kotai Srinivasa Rao, U P Raju, Madhumani and Pragathi.

Srikanth’s new film Laughing Lauds
After his 100th film ‘Mahatma’ became a mediocre film at box-office, Srikanth is now getting ready with a new film to be launched on January 9th. Produced by Murali Krishna under Laughing Lauds banner, this untitled film will be directed by Balaji N Sai. The movie will have three heroines of whom two are notable ones and the third, a new comer. This apart, a noted hero is going to essay a key role in this flick.
Producer Murali Krishna says, This is going to be an action entertainer but quite contrast to Srikanth’s earlier films like ‘Khadgam’, Operation Duryodhana’ and ‘Mahatma’. Srikanth’s role in this film has many get ups. The regular shooting will start from January 22nd at Hyderabad, Sikkim, Nepal etc. A new talent Gopi Sundar is making his debut as music director in Telugu. launch of NTR’s latest movie Adurs in the direction of VV Vinayak was launched at a function organized in Shilpa Kala Vedika on the night of 5 December. Dasari, Mohan Babu, Bala Krishna, Rajamouli, Seenu Vytla, Brahmanandam, C Aswini Dutt, Dil Raju, Meher Ramesh, Chota K Naidu, Gowtam Raju, KL Narayana, Maganti Babu, Bhogavally Prasad, Gunnam Gangaraju, Kula Sekhar, Chnni Krishna, Vamsi Paidipally, Devi Sri Prasad, NTR, VV Vinayak and Ramajogaiah Sastri attended this function.
Bala Krishna launched audio CD and gave it to Dasari. Mohan Babu launched the audiocassette and gave the first unit to Rajamouli.
Rajamouli said, “I saw the title song of Adurs and it’s as good as the title Adurs. The music of Adurs will be the number one album for the entire next year. People are expecting this movie to cross Magadheera and I am sure that it is going to cross Magadheera because it is coming from VV Vinayak – NTR combination.”
Bala Krishna said, “Nandamuri fans are behind our family all the time. Adurs will be a good movie in Tarak’s career. People thought that NTR slowed down when he met with an accident. He is like a lion who takes a step back before taking steps ahead. Competition is always good for the film industry and all good films in future should create records so that Telugu film industry flourishes. I did a movie with VV Vinayak and found him to be really good. I am sure that Adurs will be a hattrick film in Vinayak – NTR combo.”
Mohan Babu said, “This is my first visit to a function of Tarak. I refer to NTR as Annagaru, so I call Jr. NTR as Tarak. I wish that Tarak will become as good as Anna NTR in future. I want Tarak to be more successful and powerful than my son.”
Dasari said, “Legend NTR fell from bike while doing Sardar Papa Rayudu and recovered in 4 weeks and attended the shoot. Jr. NTR is showing the same commitment after accident. I always feel that commitment and dedication is more important than records. I am happy to see new directors taking Telugu film industry to new heights in terms of techniques and employing technology.”
VV Vinayak said, “The producers of Adurs gave free hand on budget and spent money a lot. Producer Vamsi is a good friend of me. Kona Venkat worked over this subject for one year. Chota K Naidu has shown NTR in a glamorous way. Lots of people doubted about NTR’s dancing capability after the accident. NTR’s dances will answer their doubts. Devi Sri Prasad is a big asset to the movie. NTR is my God given brother. NTR donned two roles. One role could be done by anybody, but only NTR can do the other role in Telugu film industry. There is both power and comedy in the movie. I am confident about the success of movie.”
NTR said, “I never expected to be fit after the accident. But the blessings of parents and grandfather and well-wishes of Nandamuri fans made sure that I am perfect again. It’s been one and half years since the movie was launched. VV Vinayak treats me like his younger brother. I worked very hard for Adurs movie. Devi Sri Prasad made me sing a song in Adurs.”
